Medium degree of browning:

Setting 3ć4 goldenĆyellow
Tip:

Set a lower degree of toasting for one slice

than for two slices.
Toast bread goldenĆyellow instead of dark

or brown, remove burnt remnants. Do not

overtoast starchy foods, in particular

cereals and potato products (preparation

with low acrylamide content).

Press the STOP button.
To facilitate removal of the toast, push up the

On button (Fig. 5).
If a slice of toast sticks, the toaster switches

off automatically. Pull out the mains plug and

when the appliance has cooled down, carefully

remove the bread.

Crisping up bread

Put max 2 bread rolls on the breadĆroll rack,

doĂnot cover the handles!

Do not place aluminium foil on the breadĆroll

rack! Do not toast bread at the same time!

Toast too light or warming

up cold bread

Set the degree of toasting selector to  " and

press the On button (Fig. 2).

Toasting frozen bread

Select normal degree of toasting.

Press the On button and then the

$

button

(Fig. 4).

Cleaning the appliance

Never immerse the appliance in water

orĂput in the dishwasher!
Do not use a steam cleaner.
Pull out the mains plug and leave the toaster

toĂcool down.

Wipe the outside of the housing with a damp

cloth only. Do not use caustic or abrasive

cleaning agents.

Remove crumbs from under the breadĆroll rack

with a hard brush.

Pull out and wipe the crumb tray (Fig. 7).

Disposal

This appliance is labelled in accordance

with European Directive 2002/96/EG

concerning used electrical and

electronic appliances (waste electrical

and electronic equipment ć WEEE).

The guideline determines the

framework for the return and recycling

of used appliances as applicable

throughout the EU.

Please ask your dealer about current means

ofĂdisposal.

The guarantee conditions for this appliance are

as defined byĂour representative in the country

in which it is sold. Details regarding these

conditions can be obtained from the dealer

from whom the appliance was purchased.
