8 Maintenance
8.1 Maintenance table
Service the system within the indicated inter-
vals in order to ensure:

Disconnect the system from
the power unit before servicing.
Interval Activity Remarks
After the first 50 hours Change oil from swivelling arm fill up 1 dl oil
Weekly Check the guiding devices for
- wear Replace before they scratch
the tracks
Weekly Grease nipples at the slide rail 2-3 greasing pushes
Weekly Check coupling for
- leakage
- damage Replace leaking or damaged
couplings
Every sixmonths Change oil from swivelling arm fill up 1 dl oil
Annualy Change lubricant of feeding gear
Annualy Major service Only carried out by
HYDROSTRESS or an
authorised HYDROSTRESS-
representation
