MEA2100 Contact Unit
Instructions for the Replacement of the MEA2100 Contact Unit

Do not mistake the scews!
The longer scews (M3x12) belong to the bore holes on the right and left periphery of the contact unit.
The shorter screws (M3x10) belong to the bore holes in the centre of the contact unit beside the open
area for the MEA chip.
3. Place the new contact unit in front of the MEA2100 device. There are guide bars on the left
and on the right which help to reconnect the contact unit. Connect the connector pins of
the contact unit to the connector sockets of the MEA2100 headstage. Push the new contact
unit carefully for reconnecting. Use the provided screws to fix the contact unit.

2. Remove the contact unit from the MEA2100 headstage by softely pulling the MEA2100 contact unit.
Do not use too much force!
