E-PUMP CONVERSION. Familiarize yourself with all parts, tools and procedures
before starting the conversion. THIS KIT IS DESIGNED BE INSTALLED ON A
BVA E-PUMP MODEL PE…PEM…OR PEW…
Parts included in the BVA e-pump (single acting - S/A) or (double acting - D/A)
conversion kit.

2. C33L S/A or C43L D/A Locking valve 1
3. E05-4-9201-101 Solenoid valve conversion kit with 1
connecter tube, gasket, acorn/collet connector and 4 bolts.
4. Misc. Yellow wire nut 1
5. Misc. Wire cable tie 1
Tools needed to complete the conversion.
1. 8mm or 5/16” or hex wrench
2. Number 2 Phillips screwdriver
3. Pliers – conventional or electrical
4. Wire stripper
5. A 5/32 inch or 3/16 inch drill bit for BVA models PE…and PEM… only, the drill bit
is not needed for PEW… because the hole already exists for the pendant remote.
6. A cone shaped 3/4 inch step drill bit for sheet metal – using a conventional twist
drill bit will mangle the junction box cover. This bit is only needed for models PE…
and PEM… only, the drill bit is not needed for PEW… as above in line number 5.
7. Cloth shop rag or paper towels.
