5. Now fix the vegetables on the rounded steel guide of the blade insert.
6. Hold the folding handle with one hand
and the crank clockwise towards the
blade as illustrated, so that the vegetable
is cut into spirals, spaghetti or slices.
Different blade function (follow the procedure above after preparation)
Shredder (potato noodles, circular potato shred and curvy potato shreds
To use the shredder blade fix the potato onto the food holder.
Potato noodles
Use the shredder attachment , without making any cuts in the potato.
Circular potato shreds
Make a singular cut into the top of the potato about 10mm thick.
Curvy potato shreds
Make two cuts on opposite sides of each other about 10mm.
