Making Kibbeh
Stuffing recipe
Method
1.
Mince the mutton once or twice.
2.
Fry onion until brown then add it to the mutton. The add the spices, salt and
flour.
Shell recipe
Method
Mince the meat three times then mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
Grind the mixture three times.
3.
Disassemble the head removing the cutting plate and cutting blade.
