Using the appliance
Clean the cream whipper with a soft detergent, rinse with clear water and dry
thoroughly.
Fill the cream whipper with chilled cream (Fig 1). Do not overfill the bottle of the
cream whipper past the mark indicated maximum.
Place the gasket inside the head (Fig 1) and screw the head onto the bottle.
Insert the cream charger into the charger holder (Fig 1).
Screw the charger holder into the inlet valve (Fig 3) until a hissing noise is
released. Use a single charger per filling.
Shake the whipper 4 or 5 times. If using extremely cold cream, shake the
whipper up to ten times.
Unscrew the charger holder and charger, a light hissing sound will now be heard.
Remove and discard the empty steel chargers.
Point the whipper about 1cm above the surface of the area you wish to decorate
and gently squeeze the lever. To firm up the cream shake the whipper once or
twice more.
Cleaning
Always relieve pressure from the cream whipper before beginning the cleaning
process.
Remove the head and remove any excess cream left over before cleaning the
appliance.
Unscrew the nozzle adapter and clean it separately from the other parts using a
mild detergent and rinse it thoroughly before drying.
Thoroughly clean each individual component after use and dry before storage.
The appliance is not dishwasher safe.
