ACT-909-TANKLESS INSTALLATION INSTRUCTION ADDENDUM
The enclosed pump is designed for use with a tankless water heater. It provides controlled recirculation for a tankless
water heater system. The pump turns on when the temperature of the hot water supply line drops below 85°F. The
circulation created by the pump will cause the tankless heater to fire. The pump will shut off when it senses a temperature
of 95° F and the tankless heater will also shut off.
The ACT-909-TANKLESS also has a 24 hour timer allowing you to select the time(s) of day you wish the pump to
circulate. Multiple ON/OFF periods can be set.
The benefits of a tankless water heater are increased by adding the water savings and luxury of instant hot water thus
providing a true instant hot water system.
The installation and operation is identical to our ACT-303-BTW Autocirc pump. Follow the instructions in the attached
ACT-303-BTW installation manual.
