Using th e extension tube :

Connect th e nozzle to th e extension tube (4) for cleaning
under beds & furniture.

H ose & Accessories *

Rem ove th e floor nozzle and secure th e sh oulder strap*
around th e nozzle connection and th e upper stick , as
sh ow n on th e im age (5).
Fasten th e h ose tow ards th e nozzle connection and connect
th e accessories*.

Ch anging th e dust bag (6):

• Th e dust bag m ust be ch anged w h en th e suction

pow er is reduced or w h en th e bag is full.

• Open th e front cover and ch ange th e dust bag. M ak e

sure th e new bag is in th e correct positioning th e bag
h older to avoid leak age.

• Be sure to use only an original AEG– Electrolux dust

bag designed for th is vacuum cleaner, ref GR17.

• Th e vacuum cleaner h as a safety device so th at th e

front cover can not be closed w ith out th e dust bag in.
D o not attem pt to force th e cover to sh ut.

Replacem ent of th e m otor/m icro filter (7)

If th e suction pow er is reduced th e m otor/m icro filter m ay
need to be ch anged, norm ally after every 5:th replacem ent
of th e dust bag. To ch ange th is filter:
• Open up th e front cover and lift up th e filter h older.
• Replace th e dirty filter.

Never use th e vacuum cleaner w ith out th e filter as
it also serves as a m otor protection.

Verw endung des Verlängerungsroh rs :

D üse zum Reinigen unter Betten oder M öbelstück en auf
Verlängerungsdüse (4) aufsetzen.

Sch lauch und Z ubeh ör *

Bodendüse abneh m en und Sch ulterriem en* um
D üsenansch luss und oberes Stabelem ent befestigen, w ie in
der Abbildung gezeigt (5).
Sch lauch an D üsenansch luss anbringen und Z ubeh ör
ansch ließen*.

Staubbeutelw ech sel (6):

• D er Staubbeutel m uss gew ech selt w erden, w enn die

Saugleistung nach lässt oder der Beutel voll ist.

• Frontabdeck ung öffnen und Staubbeutel w ech seln.

D arauf ach ten, dass der neue Staubbeutel rich tig in
den Beutelhalter eingesetzt w ird, sodass k ein Staub
austreten k ann.

• Nur die für dieses Staubsaugerm odell entw ick elten

original AEG– Electrolux Staubbeutel, Ref. GR17,
verw enden.

• Eine Sich erh eitseinrich tung verh indert, dass die

Frontabdeck ung oh ne eingesetzten Beutel gesch lossen
w erden k ann. Frontabdeck ung nich t m it Gew alt
sch ließen.

W ech seln von M otor- /M ik rofilter (7)

Bei verm inderter Saugleistung m uss gegebenenfalls der
M otor- /M ik rofilter gew ech selt w erden, norm alerw eise nach
fünfm aligem W ech sel des Staubbeutels. Filter w ech seln:
• Frontabdeck ung öffnen und Filterh alter anh eben.
• Sch m utzigen Filter w ech seln.

Staubsauger niem als oh ne Filter benutzen, da dieser
auch als M otorsch utz dient.
