Chatting with contacts
Tap a contact name to open a chat window. Enter your message in the text
entry area at the bottom of the screen, then tap Send. To invite another
contact to a multi-user chat, tap Menu > Options > Add participant, then
tap the contact that you want to invite.

Messenger contacts
The Messenger screen shows all of your messenger contacts at a
glance, divided into Online and Offline categories. From this view, while
connected, you can chat, send an e-mail, block the contact from chatting
with you, or delete contacts from your list using the pop-up menu.

pop-up menu where you can choose
to send instant message (IM) and e-
mail to the contact, view contact’s info
and space, etc.
