INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
To Unpack:
1.) Remove the top packing pieces.
2.) Lift unit out of box.
3.) Remove any outside packaging.
4.) Remove the internal packaging.
Initial Setup:
1.) Remove the plastic coating from all stainless steel surfaces.
2.) Install the adjustable legs into the pre-threaded holes in the base of the unit. Unit must be operated with the legs provided.
3.) Clean unit with mild detergent and water. Be sure to dry unit.
4.) CAUTION – To reduce the risk of fire, the appliance is to be installed in non-combustible surroundings only, with no
combustible material within 18 inches of the sides, front, or rear of the appliance or within 40 inches above the appliance.
The appliance is to be mounted on floors of noncombustible construction with non-combustible flooring and surface finish
and with no combustible material against the underside, or on noncombustible slabs or arches that have no combustible
material against the underside. Such construction shall in all cases extend not less than 12 inches beyond the equipment
on all sides.
Place the unit on a sturdy table or counter top and be sure it is out of reach form children.
“WARNING” During normal operation the exterior of the unit is HOT.
OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
1.) Plug the unit into the appropriate power supply as indicated on the data plate.
2.) Adjust to desired temperature.
3.) After use, turn thermostat knob to off position.
Please Note: 120v models are not designed for saucepots over 4 quarts. They are designed for pan frying sautéing, or simmering.
MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS
Daily Cleaning:
1.) Unplug unit prior to cleaning.
2.) Clean unit with a mild detergent and warm water. Be sure to dry unit.
3.) Do not immerse in water.

If unit fails to operate properly call NEMCO customer service at 1-800-782-6761
TROUBLESHOOTING
Won’t Heat
Check that unit is plugged in
Check that switch is turned to desired heat setting
Check receptacle for proper voltage
Product Cold/Not to Temperature
Adjust switch to increase temperature.
Product too Hot
Adjust switch to decrease temperature.
Unit Blows Fuse or Circuit Breaker
Check to make sure circuit is not overloaded.
