Chapter 7: Roof Assembly

1. Install the first roof flashing section (A) onto the roof panel, and align the holes on the roof flashing

with the roof panel.

2. Install flange bolts (B) and flange nuts (C), securing the first roof flashing section (A) to the roof panel

ribs.

3. Place a strip of rope caulk (D) along the edge of the installed roof flashing (A) where the next roof

flashing will overlap.

4. Align the holes along the edge of the next roof flashing (A) with the previously installed roof flashing

holes.
