DB1 – WIRELESS REMOTE DOOR CHIME

2. Features

the DB1 can be used as a doorbell, a remote pager or a panic switch

the DB1 has a range of approximately 200ft (= 60m)

easy installation: no wiring or AC power required

uses a coded radio signal to prevent the kind of false triggering traditionally caused by other devices

the jumpers make it easy to select the code and the ringing tone

meets the highest quality standards in telecommunications

two bell chimes: ding-dong and Westminster

3. Installation

a) Transmitter (see figure below)

insert a 12V battery (GP23GA) and close the cover

select a code, choose a suitable mounting location and attach the device to the wall with the double-sided tape

b) Receiver (see figure below)

insert three C-batteries

use the same code for transmitter and receiver. You can place the latter in the dining room, the study, the
bedroom, etc.

the user can hang the device on the 2 included screws.













Move the jumpers of both transmitter and receiver if
an other door chime system interferes. The jumpers
for the receiver should be placed in the same position
as those for the transmitter.

Note that jumpers 7 & 8 of the transmitter are used to
select the ringing tone.
