4. Features
This audio converter converts a digital TOSLINK or S/PDIF signal to an
analogue stereo signal.
The converter can be used if an amplifier does not have any digital inputs or
if you want to connect more digital sources to one amplifier.
input:
o digital coaxial audio: S/PDIF
o optical audio: TOSLINK
output:
o analogue stereo audio: coaxial stereo

6. Installation
Refer to the illustrations on page 2 of this manual.
Caution: Before installation, switch off all audio/video devices and unplug
the power adapter of the converter. Switch on all devices after all the
connections are made.
1. Slide the selector switch [7] in the desired position:
o COAXIAL: if you use a S/PDIF coaxial cable (not incl.)
o OPTICAL: if you use a TOSLINK cable (not incl.).
Notes: TOSLINK fibre cable is fragile, handle with care and do not bend. Do
not touch the optical fibre ends of the cable while you make the
connections.
