Store scan
In receiving state press the Alarm button/store scan button once, it will begin to scan station, in the course of searching, when there is a station, it will store it
automatically, and then hold on. In the course of automatic scanning press the Alarm button/store scan button once again, it will discontinue scan.
Attention:
1.In the course of automatic scanning, if the reception is not clear please change to use manual mode to search station.
2.When using the store scan function, the old frequency will be covered with the new station.
Using Stored Stations
In receiving state, press the Band / mode button to select band, press the Memory + or the Memory - button to select the station which is saved in the
memory.
DX Local switch
Local and DX sensitivity switch is set in the radio, it is convenient for you to receive SW, FM program under different circumstances,
In general, please set the switch to the position of DX; if you receive Local stations with strong signal or meet strong electric jam,
please set the switch to the position of Local.
Stereo/Mono Switch
· When receiving FM stereo station, please move the Mono/Stereo switch to stereo position, LCD will display " ".
· When receiving Mono station, move the switch to mono position.
· Suggestion: When receiving stereo station with weak signal, move the switch to Mono position.
Earphones Socket
For private listening please insert the earphones in the Earphone socket (the speaker inside the radio disconnects automatically), you
can listen to the radio by earphones.
Reset Button
The microcomputer chip is used to handle radio signal in the unit, when you change battery or change-over external power, mis-operate, or the radio is
jammed, the microcomputer chip in the unit may come into in the state of dead cycle, it is out of order.
The main signs of dead cycle:
· There is no display on the display screen, and you cannot turn on the radio when you press the Power Switch/Sleep off.
· There is display on the display screen, but the buttons do not function.
· After the radio is turned on, the display is confusing on the display screen, and the buttons do not function.
· After the radio is turned on, you can listen to the radio, but you cannot turn off the radio normally.
In such case, use the reset button to restore normal work of the radio.
