3- Electrical Connections.
Be sure that all power is off before making electrical connections. All wiring and
connections are required to comply with national and local electric codes.
The standard projector lift operates on 110 VAC 60 Hz.
Connect the projector lift according the electrical diagram. (See Fig 2.).
Once the electrical connections have been made, make sure the cables on the motor
drum are aligned neatly. If the cables have shifted during shipment of the unit, using
switches on the electrical box (Fig. 7), lower the lift to its lower position and align the
cable towards the cable mounting clamps.
When the lift is being activated, make sure there are no obstacles underneath or near
the lift.
Test run the unit up and down several times using the UP-Down switches on the
electrical box. (Fig. 7).
The maximum running time for the lift is 4 minutes. When the lift is activated longer than
4 minutes, it will stop due to overheating. The motor has built-in protection.
Attach the video projector, (following factory instruction), to the bottom tray of projector
lift.
