TROUBLESHOOTING
PROBLEM CAUSES SOLUTIONS
Power button is off or not
operating.
No power
Insert the power plug into the wall
outlet and operate the device
Power lamp lights but there
is no humidity discharge No water in the water reservoir Add water in the water reservoir
Water reservoir cover is loose Tighten the cover
Abnormal humidity odor
The device is new Clean the water reservoir with mild
soapy water and rinse thoroghly.
Let it rest for 12 hours with
lukewarm water inside.
Dirty or aged water
Clean the water reservoir, and fill
with clean water.
Power lamp lights but there
is no humidity discharge There is too much water in the
bottom unit
Empty the water in the bottom unit
and place the water reservoir in its
place again. Or close the cover on
the bottom of the water reservoir
tightly.
Humidity discharge is too
low
There is too much soiling in the
bottom unit Clean the converter of the
bottom unit
Water is too dirty or aged in the
reservoir for long time Clean the water reservoir, and
fill with clean water
Abnormal noise
Vibration due to insufficient amount
of water in the water reservoir. Add water in the water
reservoir
The device is placed on an
inadequate surface Place the device on an
appropriate and stable surface
Vapor leaks out from the sides of
vapor discharge outlet There is a gap between vapor
discharge outlet and water reservoir Place the vapor outlet cover on the groove
of the water reservoir securely.
Low density
There is too much water in the
bottom unit
Empty the water in the bottom unit
and place the water reservoir in its
place again. Or close the cover on
the bottom of the water reservoir
tightly.
Vapor is set to the minimum level Adjust the vapor level
Calcification on the converter Clean the converter of the
bottom unit
Water is too cold Only use water at room temperature
Water is not clean
Clean the water reservoir and fill
with clean water.
Humidity does not elevate
Vapor is set to the minimum level Adjust the vapor level
Water reservoir is not placed on
the bottom unit properly. Place it on the bottom unit properly
and check
