Tile Table GTD 1
Safety Notes
Read all warnings and instructions
provided with the tile table. Failure
to follow the warnings and instruc-
tions may result in serious injury.
f Place the tile table on a firm, level and hor-
izontal surface. Secure the tile table with
screws or clamps. If the tile table can slip off
or wobbles, the power tool cannot be uni-
formly and securely guided.
f Do not overload the tile table and do not
use it as a seat. Overloading or standing on
the tile table can lead to the upward shifting
of the centre of gravity of the tile table and its
tipping over.
f Only clamp dry tiles in the tile table. Wet or
moist tiles can slip and lead to loss of control
over the power tool.
f Affix the tile on the tile table before begin-
ning to work it. A workpiece affixed with
clamping devices is held more secure than by
hand.
f Keep your workplace clean. Objects that
come into contact with a rotating router bit
can hit the operator with high speed.
f Do not keep combustible materials close to
your workplace. When working tiles, hot ma-
terial chips develop, which could start a fire.
f If devices are provided for the connection
of dust extraction and collection facilities,
ensure these are connected and properly
used. Use of these devices can reduce dust
related hazards.
f Keep bystanders a safe distance away from
work area. Anyone entering the work area
must wear personal protective equipment.
Fragments of workpiece or of a broken ac-
cessory may fly away and cause injury be-
yond immediate area of operation.

the symbols and their meanings. The correct in-
terpretation of the symbols helps you operate
the power tool better and more secure.

sure their safe processing.
