Display reads "UNABLE
TO DETECT…PLEASE
RELOCATE"
• Relocate the detector.
• Make sure the detector is placed at least 3 feet
(.9 m) away from electronics that may cause
interference (see page 6).
Display screen
not working
• Check that the batteries are installed correctly.
Batteries may need to be replaced.
Detector beeping
• Review the Alerts & Messages chart above to
determine why the detector is beeping.
