BATTERY CHARGING
The rechargeable battery should be connected to
the charger when the lift is not in use. A fully
charged battery will last approximately 30 lifting
cycles, depending on the weight of the user. The
battery has no memory, so it is not necessary to
discharge the battery prior to charging. In fact,
allowing the battery to fully discharge could cause
damage and shorten the life of the battery.
The battery is fully charged when shipped, but should be checked by looking at
the LCD display on the control box prior to use.
