cleaning the BiStro peeler
• The peeler is not dishwasher safe.
• Clean the peeler under running water. It is not necessary
to disassemble the peeler.
• In order to clean the peeler more thoroughly it is possible
to detach the core cutter (10) and the peeling blade (9)
using the wing nuts (12, 13).
• After cleaning, dry the peeler well.
Storage
• In order to store the peeler drive the spindle (11) with
retainer (5) and crank handle (4) in fully. You will require
very little storage space for the peeler.
