PROBLEM
Echo when used with M12 (Vista) adapter/my voice sounds
too loud
Remove slide switch cover on the side of the M12 adapter. Place
a call to a colleague then rotate the circular dial on the side of
the M12 adapter while speaking until the optimum sound tone
and level are reached. The sound level should be the same as
when using the handset.
Once set, you will not have to readjust this dial unless you
change telephones.
For further information on setting your M12 adapter, please refer to your M12
User Guide.
MAINTENANCE HINTS FOR OPTIMUM PERFORMANCE
Replace voice tube every six months.
Replace earpieces every six months.
Clean cable with a moist cloth once a month.
