DRIVER VERIFICATION 

 
For Windows XP, Vista, 7 
 
1. Follow the paths below to open the “Device Manager” on Windows to 

verify the driver of the Fast Ethernet adapter.

Windows 7: “Control Panel\System and Security\System\Device 

Manager” 

z

Windows Vista: “Control Panel\System Maintenance\Device Manager” 

z

Windows XP: “Control Panel\System\Hardware\Device Manager” 

 
2. Check if “ASIX…Ethernet Adapter” is listed in the “Network adapters” 

group. 

 

 

 
For Mac OS 10.x 
 
1. Follow the path below to verify the driver of the Fast Ethernet adapter. 
 

z

“System Profiler\Hardware\USB” or “System Preference\Network” 

 
2. Check if “AX88772” is listed.
