■ NYLON BRUSH ATTACHMENT PROCEDURE

Important Safety Information:

1. Gear case is hot after operation. Let it cool prior

to disassembling or assembling the brush
attachment,

2. Read and understand the operating manual before

using this brush attachment.

3. Safety goggles and hearing protection are required

when operating this brush attachment.

4. Brush attachment may throw objects up to 50

feet. Assure that others in the area have safety
glasses with side shields, safety goggles or full
face shield.

5. Wear respiratory protection to avoid airbone

debris.

Tools Required:
• Small ball peen hammer
• 7/16 open end wrench or 7/16 socket.
• 7/32 or 1/4 diameter punch to set roll pin.

[2] Gear case shaft adapter (left hand thread,

scribed line on diameter)

[3] Gear case shaft adapter (right hand thread)
[4] End cap (2)
[5] 1/4’, Hex head bolt 7” long left hand thread

colored silver

[6] 1/4”, Hex head bolt 7” long right hand thread
[7] Zinc coated 1/4” diameter roll pins (2)
[8] Steel washer (2)
