Crispy Fish Sticks

lb. fish fillets, skinless-fresh or frozen-thawed

cup all-purpose flour

tsp. salt

1/4

tsp. pepper

eggs, lightly beaten

cup bread crumbs, dry-fine

Lower Basket into oil before pre-heating. Preheat oil to 300

F. Cut fish into 1 inch strips. Combine flour,

salt, and pepper. Dip seafood in flour mixture, then into eggs. Coat with bread crumbs. Using a heat-
resistant metal spoon, place fish into oil. Cook 2-5 minutes or until done.
Makes 4 servings.

Fried Fish

lb. skinless fish fillets fresh or frozen-thawed

cup all-purpose flour

tsp. pepper

1/2

tsp. salt

cup cold water

Tbls. vegetable oil
