Note: The provided handles must be assembled on the griddle before use.
1. Place the griddle upside down on a tabletop or countertop.
2. Position the handle on the side of the griddle, lining up the holes in the handles
with the mounting bracket on the griddle.
3. Using a #2 Phillips screwdriver, securely attach the handle screws provided.
Repeat steps to assemble the second handle on the opposite side of the griddle.
4. Place the assembled griddle right side up on a flat surface and lift with the
handles. Handles should feel tightly secured and should not wobble.
