B A T T E R Y USE
• If you choose to connect the inverter directly to your
battery terminals, it is important to connect with right
polarity (connect
from inv erter to
of battery
terminal and connect

C AUT IO N:
THE FOLLOW INGS OPERATION W ILL DAMAGE AND
VOID THE W ARRANTY OF THE INVERTER:
• REVERSE POLARITY BY CONNECTING THE
W IRES TO THE INCORRECT TERMINALS.
• CONNECTING THE BATTERY CHARGER TO
REPLENISH BATTERY W ITHOUT
DISCONNECTING THE INVERTER FIRST.
• CONNECTING THE INVERTER TO POWER
SOURCE GREATER THAN 15-VOLT DC.
• OPERATING THE INVERTER AND BATTERY IN
OR AROUND W ATER.
M E A SUR I NG T H E A C V O L T A G E
The output wav eform of the AC inv erter is a MODIFIED
SINEW AVE. To measure the AC output v oltage, you
must use a TRUE RMS VOLTMETER.
SA F E T Y PR E C A UT I O N
Do not open the case of the inv erter.
The high v oltage
inside the unit is the same type of power as your
electrical outlets at home.
Do not let the cord of the inv erter or any appliance’s cord
get wet.
Do not operate the inv erter in or around water.
The
v oltage of the unit makes electrical shock hazard if
operated in wet conditions.
Do not connect the AC inv erter directly to another AC
power source.
Keep it away from children, the inv erter produces power
just like your AC wall outlets at home and should be
treated seriously.
Allow at least 2 inch of clearance around the inv erter for
airflow.
If you operate the inv erter in a mov ing v ehicle, you need
to secure the inv erter to prev ent it from shifting around
while the v ehicle is mov ing.
If there is anything wrong with the inv erter, disconnect all
of the power.
