Check whether the music file is damaged. Try play-
ing another music file to determine if that is the
problem. If the file has been damaged, it can cause
serious noise.
FM reception is poor
Try to adjust the direction and location of player, try
stretching the headphone cable.
Check whether there are electronic devices near
that’s jamming the signal.
Screen display is garbled
Check that the correct language option has been
selected.
Buttons don’t work
Check whether the HOLD lock is on.
Cannot download files
Check whether the player is properly connected to
the computer.
Check whether the internal memory storage space
is full.
Check whether the USB cable is damaged.
