Troubleshooting
The product will
not turn on.
Did you:
1. Press the Control Wheel on the viewer?
2. Charge the battery?
The product turns
off immediately
after I turn it on.
Did you:
1. Charge the battery?
When the battery charge is extremely low, allow it to charge for
several minutes before turning the product on.
There is no audio
in one or more
speakers.
Did you:
1. Ensure all connections are fully plugged in?
2. Try to unplug the speakers and plug them back into the
viewer temples?
