Glossary
LED
LED backlighting enhances display
performance, delivers an outstanding
color range, and adjusts contrast ratios
for remarkably detailed images. The
LED backlighting further conserves up
to 25%* more energy when compared to
conventional displays.
OPS (Open Pluggable Specification)
The Open Pluggable Specification (OPS)
helps standardize the design and development
of digital signage media player devices.
ViewSonic OPS-ready digital signage displays
provide the flexibility for customers to configure
and integrate cable-free OPS-compatible
media players with performance that meets the
application requirements.
Optical Touch
Optical touch utilizes two or more image
sensors that are usually placed around
the edges of a display. Unlike Projected
Capacitive touch, however, optical touch
does not require a conductive object for
touch recognition, making it ideal for
high-traffic environments where simple
finger touch solutions are needed.
TAA Compliance
Compliant with the Trade Agreement Act
(TAA), our broad line of products are ideal
for use in government, educational and
corporate environments. TAA-compliant
monitors support GSA Schedule needs
within the Federal Government.
Warranty
ViewSonic is committed to using the highest
grade panels and offers the industry’s
leading pixel performance policy. We also
back our displays with a 3-year limited
warranty for your peace of mind. Optional
extended warranties are available for up to
5-years of coverage.
