Transfer an external call
An external call can be forwarded to another handset durng a conversaton.
• For 6041/6044, press
INT on the orgnatng handset and ts screen dsplays
CaLLINg HaNDSET X whle puttng the external call on hold.
For 6051, press
INT on the orgnatng handset and ts screen dsplays
NUMBEr whle puttng the external call on hold. Use the keypad to select
a destnaton handset and ts screen wll dsplay CaLLINg HaNDSET X.
• The destnaton handset rngs and ts screen dsplays CaLLINg FroM:
HaNDSET X.
• After the destnaton handset answers, press MENU/SELECT and then
press or to reach CoNFErENCE.
• Press MENU/SELECT to let the destnaton handset jon the conversaton.
• Press MENU/SELECT and the screen dsplays END CoNFErENCE and
then press MENU/SELECT to return to the ntercom conversaton.
• Durng the ntercom conversaton, press MENU/SELECT and or to
reach oTHEr CaLL to return to the external call and put the ntercom on
hold. Repeat ths step to swtch between the external and ntercom calls.
• Press oFF/CLEar on the orgnatng handset to forward the external call
to the destnaton handset.

Find handset
• Press FIND HaNDSET on the telephone base to locate the handset. All
handsets wll rng and PagINg will flash on the screen of all handsets.
• Press FIND HaNDSET agan or put the handsets back on the telephone
base or charger to stop the pagng tone.
