ALL ELLIPTICALS
STEP 3:
To unfold your Elliptical Trainer, push the recessed lock key, found
on the underside of the guide rail (image C), to release the lock. Pull the
guide rail away from the pedal arm, and lower both to the floor.
Repeat this step on the opposite side to completely unfold your Elliptical
Trainer.
