Delete from the directory
• Press / or MENU/SELECT three tmes to enter the drectory.
• Press or to scroll to the desred entry and then press
MENU/SELECT.
To delete an entry
• Press
rEMovE. The screen dsplays DELETED and you’ll hear a
confirmation beep.
To delete all entries
• Press and hold
rEMovE.
• The screen dsplays DELETE aLL? Press MENU/SELECT.
• The screen dsplays DELETED and you’ll hear a confirmation beep.
Edit an entry in the directory
• Press / or MENU/SELECT three tmes to enter the drectory.
• Press or to scroll to the desred entry or use the alphabetcal to scroll to the desred entry or use the alphabetcal
search to find the number. Press MENU/SELECT.
• The screen dsplays ENTEr NUMBEr. Press rEMovE to backspace
and erase a number. Use the keypad to edt the number and press the keypad to edt the number and press press
MENU/SELECT.
• The screen dsplays ENTEr NaME. Press rEMovE to backspace
and erase a character or press and hold rEMovE to delete the entre
name, and then use the keypad to edt the name (see Character chart
on page 16) and then press MENU/SELECT.
• The screen dsplays STorED and you’ll hear a confirmation beep.
