Answering system
Delete all messages
Press X/DELETE when the system s not n use. The system wll announce
“To delete all old messages, press DELETE again.” Press X/DELETE agan. All
prevously heard messages wll be erased. The system wll announce “ All old
messages deleted.”
Record and play memos
Memos are your own recorded messages used as remnders for yourself or other
household members usng the same answerng system. They are saved, played
back and deleted the same way as the answerng system messages.
Record a memo
Press RECORD when n dle mode. The system announces, “Record after
the tone. Press STOP when you are done.”
After the tone, speak towards the mcrophone at the bottom front of the
telephone base from about nne nches away.
Press /
PLAY/STOP when finished recording.
Memo playback
Press /PLAY/STOP when n dle mode. See Options during playback on
page 39 for other optons.
