Control Unit Connection and Installation
1.
Connect the Control Unit cable and the Remote Connector.
2.
Choose the best location for the POLARIS and the Control Unit.
• Away from the vessels compass.
• Away from metal objects that might interfere or obstruct the
signal.
3.
Make sure the WHAM icon appears on the POLARIS’ LCD.
Note:
Register the WHAM to the POLARIS (See page 12). Test the
POLARIS and WHAM before mounting the POLARIS and
Control Unit.
