2. Program "000.0000" into its Channel
For example to erase a programmed frequency in channel 13
of the Private bank:
1) Press [PRIVATE] while this
screen appears. To display
this screen, see step 1 above.
"PRIVATE" appears in the
display.
2 screens alternate to indicate
that Channel 1 is ready to be
programmed.
2) Use [UP] or [DOWN] to select
Channel 13. Now, Channel 13
is ready to be programmed. To
cancel programming, press
[BAND].
3) Press [PROG] to end
programming.
The frequency of Channel 13
is erased and now it is an
open channel. L/O appears on
the display because the
scanner locks out all open
channels automatically.
Program Lock Feature
The BC350C has a program lock feature “Memory Lock” to
prevent accidental programming entries or unauthorized
pro-gramming. Simply turn on the MEMO LOCK switch on the
rear panel to disable [PROG] and protect your programmed
frequencies in memory.
