Tempo Products Co., Inc. warrants to the original purchaser
only, that this product, if used for personal, family, or
household purposes, is free from defects in material and
workmanship for the following periods:
1. All above deck and below deck fuel tanks, Ultra kits, Ultra
Flow fuel assemblies and primer bulbs, 570/580 series senders,
connectors, and battery boxes/trays, are warranted for a period
of two years and snubbers are warranted for a period of five years
from the date of purchase. If dissatisfied, return to retailer where
you purchased product for a replacement or refund.
2. All other Tempo products not listed above (excluding Tempo
Marine paint or coating products) are warranted for a period of one
year from the date of purchase. If dissatisfied, return to retailer where
you purchased product for a replacement or refund.
3. Tempo Marine paints and coating products are warranted as follows:
Seller cannot control use of spray can. Therefore, seller makes no warranty,
expressed or implied, other than replacement of the can upon failure to
spray (when new). If dissatisfied, return to retailer where you purchased
product for a replacement or refund.
All warranties require proof of purchase.
If any Tempo product is placed in commercial or business use, it will be
warranted, to the original purchaser only, to be free of defects in material and
workmanship for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of purchase.
Tempo reserves the right to replace or repair any part of the product that
proves, upon inspection by Tempo personnel or their representatives, to be
defective in materials and/or workmanship. This warranty excludes products
modified or altered in any way. All labor and transportation costs or charges
incidental to warranty service are to be borne by the purchaser/user.
If unfamiliar with the installation requirements of any product manufactured by
Tempo Products Co., Inc., contact a professional or Tempo Products Co., Inc. directly.
Exclusions
In no event shall Tempo Products Co., Inc. be liable for incidental or consequential
damages; damages resulting from improper installation; damages caused by a failure to
explicitly follow installation/operation instructions or industry best standards;
damages resulting from the improper use of the product; damages resulting from neglect,
abuse, or alteration; and damage resulting from the use of unauthorized components. All
implied warranties, including but not limited to, warranties of merchantability or fitness for
any particular purpose are limited to the periods listed in category (1) one, (2) two, or (3)
three above, or the commercial 90 day use clause. Tempo Marine paints and coatings carry
only a replacement or refund warranty if the can does not spray when new.
No person is authorized to change, add to, or create any warranty or obligation between
Tempo Products Co., Inc. and the purchaser other than that set forth herein.
Other Rights
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights, which vary from
state to state. To obtain warranty service, contact the dealer from whom you purchased this
product with the original sales receipt.
