3.5 Play messages
If new messages have been recorded, the Message indicator will blink.
• Press the Playback button
to listen to the new messages.
• If you want to listen to all messages, press the Playback button after
you have played all new messages.
3.6 Playback
During playback, the following functions are available:
• Press the Playback button
=> to stop playback.
• Press the Playback button again => to resume playback
• Press the Forward button => to go to the next message
• Press the Rewind button => to repeat current message
• Press and hold the Rewind button => to replay the previous message
for 2-3 seconds
• Press the Erase button Ø => to erase current message
• Press and hold the Erase => to erase all messages
button Ø for 2 seconds
Note: If no button is pressed for 8 seconds, the answering machine will return to
standby mode.
3.7 Recording a conversation
• Press and hold the Conversation Recording button until you hear a
long beep (2-3 seconds).
• Reduce the speaker volume.
• Start the conversation when the Message indicator (LED) starts flashing.
• Press the Conversation Recording button
to end the recording.
• Press the Playback button to listen to the recorded conversation.
