The TRION CV Series units are freestanding, self-cleaning cartridge filters suitable for the removal of most
dry smoke and dusts (not explosive or flammable).
The filter cabinet is made from 1.5mm welded sheet metal. The unit is supplied on a stand with a collection
hopper and dust barrel which can be easily removed and emptied.
The self-cleaning system utilises compressed air which is stored in tanks on the outside of the unit. The
compressed air is led directly through the tank into the cartridges. Alternatively, the cartridges can be
cleaned during operation (on-line) or through pressure difference, which saves on compressed air.
Additionally, there is an off-line cleaning system installed. The control box with a filter monitoring
mechanism for cleaning is included. The interval-pulse sequences are individually adjustable as are
the
