sure the following components are enclosed:
A. O2-B ™ Unit
B. Headset
C. Headset Hose
D. Mouthpiece Covers
E. Mouthpiece Filters
F. Air Intake Filter
G. Owner’s Manual with Warranty Card, Order Form, & Extended Warranty Offer
H. Aromatherapy Bottle
I. Unit Cover
If there are missing items, please contact the dealer where you purchased your O2-B ™
Portable Oxygen Bar.
2. Completely fill out the Warranty Card and return by mail.
3. It is recommended that you keep an extra Air Intake Filter on hand at all times as a replacement.
