desired result).
• Corduroy and other fabrics that start glossy
quickly should be ironed strictly in one di-
rection (along the pile) with slight pressure.
• To avoid appearance of glossy spots on the
synthetic and silk fabrics, iron them back-
side.
SETTING THE IRONING TEMPERATURE
• Lift the handle (1) and it will lock, to lower
the handle (1) press the (7) button and low-
er the handle
• Before connecting the iron to the electric
network set the power supply switch (8)
in correspondence with the voltage of the
electric network. After usage of the iron with
network voltage 110 V always set the switch
(8) to the 220 V position, it will prevent mal-
function of the iron while connecting the iron
to the electric network with the increased
voltage.
• Unwind the power cord and insert the plug
into the socket.
• Set the temperature control (11) to the re-
quired ironing temperature: “
•”, “••”,
“
•••”, “max” depending on the type of fab-
ric, the (10) indicator will light up.
• Place the iron vertically.
• When the sole temperature (9) reaches the
desired temperature value, the (10) indica-
tor will go out, you can start ironing.
Note: When using the unit for the first
time, the heating element of the unit
burns that is why some smoke or foreign
odor can appear. It is normal.
IRONING WITHOUT STEAM
• Set the constant steam supply on/off han-
dle (12) to the “ ” (steam supply is off).
• Set the temperature control (11) to the re-
quired ironing temperature.
• Place the iron vertically.
• When the sole temperature (9) reaches the
desired temperature value, the (7) indicator
will go out, you can start ironing.
• After operation, take the plug out of the
socket and wait until the iron cools down
completely.
• Press the (7) button and lower the iron han-
dle (4) down.
STEAM IRONING
While steam ironing set the temperature con-
trol (11) to the “max” position.
• Fill the water tank with water as described in
the corresponding section.
• Insert the power plug into the socket.
• Set the temperature control (11) to the “max”
position, the indicator (10) will light up.
• Place the iron vertically.
• When the sole temperature (9) reaches the
desired temperature value, the (10) indica-
tor will go out, you can start ironing.
• Switch on constant steam supply, by setting
the handle (12) to the left position (steam
supply is on); steam will be outgoing from
the openings of the iron sole (9).
• Set the temperature control (11) to the “min”
position and the constant steam supply han-
dle (12) to the “ ” position (steam supply is
off).
• Take the plug out of the socket and wait until
the iron cools down completely.
• Open the lid (3) and pour out water from the
tank.
• Press the button (7) and lower the handle
(1) down.
ATTENTION! If during the operation steam
is not constantly supplied, check whether the
temperature control (11) is set properly, check
the handle (12) position and whether there is
water in the water tank (4).
ADDITIONAL STEAM RELEASE
Additional steam release function is useful
when ironing folds and can only be used at
high ironing temperatures (when the iron tem-
perature control (11) is set to “max”).
When the additional steam release button (2)
is pressed, steam will be vigorously released
from the openings in the iron sole.
Note:
- In order to avoid leakage of water from
steam openings, press the additional
steam supply button (2) with a 10-15
sec. interval.
