Symptom Solution
Motor does not work.
Check to make sure machine is plugged in. Check to make sure the power
button is turned on.
Pouches are not laminating correctly.
Make sure that the machine is set to the correct setting. The setting should be
the same as the thickness of the pouch you are using. Ex. 3 mil pouch film
should be set to 3 mil setting.
The machine is beeping and the pouch is returning
out of the front of the machine.
The automatic reverse function has turned on to retrieve the item. The item you
are laminating may be jammed or too large to pass the rollers. Wait for the
pouch to exit the front of the machine. You can try laminating again after 15
seconds.
The rollers are moving, but the laminated item is not.
Hold down the reverse button until the entire pouch has exited the front of the
machine. You can try laminating again after 15 seconds.
