LED color LED behavior Description
Not lit — Your hotspot is not turned on.
Blue Solid Your hotspot is turned on and roaming.
Green
Solid Your hotspot is turned on and the battery
is fully charged.
Blinking Your hotspot is turned on and in hibernate
mode.
Red Blinking Your battery is critically low.
Amber
Solid The battery is charging.
Blinking Your hotspot has experienced an error.
Reset your hotspot to the factory defaults.

LED color LED behavior Description
Not lit — Your hotspot is not turned on.
Green
Solid Your hotspot is turned on, but it is not
receiving or sending data.
Slow blinking Your hotspot is turned on, but you do not
have service.
Intermittent blinking Your hotspot is turned on and is sending or
receiving data. The blinking speed
depends on the data transmission rate.
