CHAPTER 5: Frequently Asked Questions
This product has been set to its standard mode of operations before shipping. If
you encountered problems while using the Digital picture frame, please refer to
the following table for problems and solutions.
Problem Solution
Picture is fuzzy
or unstable
1. Make sure the resolution & color of Photos are
displayed fine by PC.
2. Keep the player away from any interference,
e.g. induction cooker, hair dryer, magnetized
and unshielded speakers, etc.
“Card Error!”

1. Backup the contents and then format the
memory card with a computer
2. After formatting the card, copy the backup files
to the memory card again
3. If the problem still persists, try a new memory
card or a different brand of memory card
“Invisible!”

1. Check if the file types in the memory card
matches the list of supported file types in the
Technical Specifications
2. Check the memory card using the steps
proposed for the “Unable to read memory card”
problem.
