Maintaining
Fully charge the battery at least once every three months to
prevent battery damage.
Troubleshooting
Problem Cause Solution
No output voltage Cords are not connected securely. Make sure that all cords are connected
securely.
The power soure is in a protective
state. Disconnect the AC or cigarette power
adapter cord, let the power source cool
(if necessary), then reconnect the cord.
The internal battery is completely
discharged. Charge the battery for five hours.
Power supply does not
run the connected
device. The connected device has a greater
power rating than the power source. Use a device with a lower power
rating.
Starting power of the device is up to
two times that of its rated power. Use a device that uses a lower starting
power.
