Thank you for purchasing the NON-STICK GRIDDLE with WARMING

. This unit is made of die cast
aluminum for even heat dispersment and has a non-stick cooking surface.
The handles are heat resistant. It has a small drip tray to catch fat and
grease and a larger drawer to keep foods warm. The detachable plug has
a thermostat affixed with temprature range from 200° F to 400° F. This
enables you to choose the right setting to cook a variety of foods.
