USB devices plugged into the USB Hub Base do not work
• Make sure all connecting plugs between the USB Hub Base and computer
fully seated. Make sure the wall power outlet or power strip switches on the
power strip are turned on.
• Make sure both ends of the USB cable are fully seated in the computer and
USB Hub base.
• USB devices connected to the Base must be plugged into the output ports.
These ports are found on the right side of the Base.
NOTE:
Do not plug a USB device into the rear of the base. This USB port must
be used to connect the host computer.
• Verify that USB devices will work when connected directly to host computer.
For this check, disconnect the Base from the computer and plug the USB device
(mouse, keyboard, etc.) directly into the computer.
• Using the same USB output port, try substituting different USB device.
