HOW TO OPERATE
Before first use, wipe down all surfaces with a non-abrasive, damp cloth and dry. 1.
Find a clean, dry, non-slippery, level surface near an electrical outlet. 2.

Unlock the Latch on Handle before opening. 4.
Extend Feet on both sides of the Griddle so that Griddle is level. 5.
