The remote control does not function
properly.
The time is not working.
The Clock/Timer setting is erased.
The USB device doesn’t play on my
DC177

Select the source (iPod or FM, for example)
before pressing the function button.
✔
Reduce the distance between the remote
control and the system.
✔
Insert the batteries with their polarities
(+/– signs) aligned as indicated.
✔
Replace the batteries.
✔
Point the remote control directly towards the IR
sensor.
✔
Set the clock correctly.
✔
Press TIMER/SLEEP to switch on the timer.
✔
If recording or tape dubbing is in progress, stop
recording.
✔
Power has been interrupted or the power cord
has been disconnected. Reset the clock/timer.
✔
It is not set in the USB mode. Select USB mode.
✔
The device is not securely connected to
DC177’s USB port. Re-connect the device, and
make sure that the device is powered on.
✔
The device is not supported by DC177, or the
audio file format stored on the device is not
supported by DC177. Use a compatible device/
playable audio file format.
