Recharging by US B Cabl e
Another way to recharge the Jukebox is t o connect the USB port at the bot t om of
the Jukebox wit h the USB port of a computer using the USB cable. The recharging
process starts automatically .
The USB cable recharges the battery from 0% t o 70% ~ 80% capacities within 4
hours. Note : the PD-1 000 should be powered off before connecting to the
computer for recharging.
** Note:
Press "PLAY" to change from charging mode to USB connected mode.
Power Supply
Stop charging the battery if charging is not completed wi thin five hours.
The recharging process will stop when the battery is fully charged. The lithium-
ion battery does not overcharge.

PD-1000 Port able Jukebox contains an internal rechargeable lithium-ion battery.
A fully charged battery supports 10 hours continuous playing.
T he lithium-ion battery will be drained slowly . If you have not used your Portable
Jukebox for a long time, please remember t o recharge the battery before playing.
Recharging by AC Adapter
You can recharge your Jukebox by connecting t he included AC adapter to the DC
IN port at the bottom of the Jukebox. The AC adapter recharges the battery from
0% t o 70% ~ 80% capacit ies within 1.5 hours.
** Notes:
For the fi rst tim e rechargi ng by the AC adapter, the battery shoul d be c harged
for at least 10 hours. The l i thi um-i on battery wi l l be recharged anyti me
whenever the AC adapter i s pl ugged into the PD-1000.
The battery must be charged i n the room te mperature between 0 Cand 4 5 C.
Ensure that your jukebox i s swi tched off. If the juk ebox temperature i s hi gh,
wai t unti l i t returns to a normal temperature.
